Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers to deliver a software module based on design and requirements;
- Design solutions for large enterprise software systems;
- Participate in conference calls with project manager or client in the Europe;
- Author technical documents in English;
- Coach other software engineers;
- Participate in technical pre-sales activities, including estimation and solution analysis;
- Contribute on software engineering standards at company or division level;

Qualifications:
- BS degree in CS or equivalent, plus 10 years experience or MS degree plus 8 years software development experience;
- Minimum of 5 years of n-tier architecture, design and development experience using .Net;
- Rich experience in .NET Foundations/Frameworks. Good understanding of web/web service development technologies;
- Be excellent at Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns/Principles, strong with UML;
- Wide knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle), strong at DB design and performance tuning;
- Must have excellent organizational skills, good oral and written communication skills, have a high level of interpersonal skills.
- Must be a self motivated team player with the ability to work in a customer oriented, very fast-paced and demanding environment with minimal supervision.
