Responsibilities:
1.Cooperate with project managers (may involve in the process working with ethos Europe branch) to work on software systems which include knowledge transferring, system architecture.
2. Work on project system analysis and architecture; solve challenging technology problems, developing and product testing.
3. Lead senior & middle level engineers in projects.

Skills Requirement:
1.At least 4 years experience in software architecture, design and development on LAMP / RoR.
2. Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing. Must have strong sense of responsibility.
3. Experience in design and developing commercial software system is needed. Good at OO thinking and technology.
4. Good team work sprit, willing to communicate with colleagues.
5. Interested in learning new technologies and skills.
